The Na Muang Waterfall 1 cascades from a height of 18.5 meters into a natural pool below. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool during a short break.
The famous mummified monk, Luang Por Dang, is located at Wat Kunaram Temple. The monk passed away in 1973 and, remarkably, has not decayed despite no preservation methods being used. His body remains in an exceptional state of preservation. To address the empty eye sockets, a pair of dark sunglasses has been placed over his eyes.
Guan Yu is an impressive statue of a renowned Chinese warrior. Behind it lies a beautifully designed shrine, decorated in traditional Chinese red and gold, offering a striking and culturally rich sight.
Between Chaweng and Lamai, we’ll stop at this stunning viewpoint. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of both Chaweng Beach and Chaweng Noi Beach, offering a perfect photo opportunity.
The first stop is at the “Wat Plai Laem” temple. This beautiful temple complex offers several attractions to explore. The temple itself is the centerpiece, flanked by a statue of the Chinese goddess Guanyin on the right and a statue of the smiling monk Budai on the left. Both the temple and statues are set within a serene fishpond, accessible via small bridges and walkways, creating a peaceful and picturesque setting.
Here, you’ll have free time to explore at your own pace. You can stroll through the Fisherman’s Village, shop, enjoy food and drinks, relax on the beach, swim in the sea, or treat yourself to a traditional Thai massage.
We will ensure you arrive back at the pier in plenty of time to comfortably board one of the last tender boats to your ship.
